Dr. Courtney graduated with honours from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College. She also has a Bachelors of Science in health science administration. Her passion for all things health and fitness stem from her soccer and Crossfit background. After undergoing five knee surgeries of her own, she became inspired to help others recover from injuries and to function at their best.

Appointments with Dr. Courtney may consist of manipulation, soft tissue therapy, acupuncture, cupping and rehab. However, the two key aspects of her approach is always education and exercise. The goal is to create an individualized treatment plan to help you feel empowered in your recovery.

Outside of the clinic, you can find her lifting weights at the gym, going for hikes with her dog Gunner or snuggling on the couch with her 2 cats Charlie and Kona.

My name is Elaine Dickens, and I’m a fresh face at Healthspace Collective. I consider myself an integrative practitioner, having worked in children’s mental health and Autism for over two decades.

My passion for counselling was sparked by my experience with a psychotherapist. Not only am I committed to working collaboratively with you, I genuinely want you to feel better. In my eyes, feeling better happens when you get better at feeling. I know it, because I experienced this transformation in my relationships with my children and my partner.

I maintain that everyone is resilient, but that doesn’t mean life isn’t hard. Finding a therapist you can connect with, can be a block to starting your wellness journey. Creating an open, safe and supportive environment is my goal.

My approach to counselling draws on CBT, EMDR, solution focused, emotionally focused and existential therapies. I believe that understanding your values is key to building a strong supportive alliance with you. I am honoured when clients share their stories with me.

My current caseload supports children (10 years and older), young adults, individuals and couples. I am neurodiverse informed and affirming.

My areas of interest include: anxiety, self compassion, mindset, parenting, Autism and ADHD and men’s mental health

As a mom of two teens, I have humbly leaned into my struggles to thrive and grow. I consider myself a lifelong learner and enjoy reading and cycling. On the weekend, I am likely in the kitchen with one of my kids, or hiking with my dog “Henry”. I am a coffee and outdoor enthusiast and appreciate a good podcast recommendation.

As a Registered Massage Therapist, I have a vast range of experience treating injuries and chronic conditions as well as performing massage therapy for relaxation and maintenance. Having been involved in coaching competitive sports, I understand the need for athletes to take a progressive approach to health and wellness to maximize their full potential.

I believe in the restorative potential of the human body in response to manual soft tissue release. I combine swedish massage, myofascial techniques, deep tissue therapy, stretching, joint mobilizations, and specific exercises to assist my patients with symptom reduction and recovery of optimal function. I begin my initial treatment with a brief assessment and develop a treatment plan suited to your individual needs. I also believe in educating through home care by discussing and demonstrating exercises, stretches, ergonomics, and posture, so that you may reach your goals sooner.

Outside of the clinic you’ll find me enjoying the great outdoors with my wife, my son Feliks, my daughter Stella and my two dobermans.

Go beyond treatments. A proactive approach to chiropractic care + therapy programming designed to help you build RESILIENCE in body + mind.

Hi, I’m Dr. Victoria West.

In a decade of formal training and practicing as a chiropractor, I’ve never watched manual adjustments fix people’s problems.

I’m not here to “fix” you.

I’m here to help you become RESILIENT so you have the knowledge and tools you need to make incredible changes in your life.

I believe human beings are designed to be adaptable, and you have the power to adjust your sail at any moment.

But you don’t have to do it alone.

When you have someone by your side, someone who is invested in motivating you and empowering you to reach your goals—whatever they may be—anything is possible.

Building a career around treating and healing patients was never enough for me.

As a chiropractor, I’m here to guide you in taking a proactive role in your health and happiness.

I do this through providing hands-on therapy, such as chiropractic adjustments, soft tissue work, acupuncture and cupping. But most importantly, I do it by educating you and helping you become more aware of your body and the way it operates so you can find the answers for yourself.

Sometimes, it’s hard to see the big picture when you’re immersed in the challenges of the day-to-day.

But my practice was built upon a vision for achieving long-term results, not short-term remedies.

Resilience is not accomplished through the traditional rehabilitative process. Building resilience involves looking at the body and mind as a whole, not just addressing symptoms of pain, stiffness, or functional limitations.

It means understanding how stress impacts your body and mind, and training yourself to adapt and become more resilient to that stress.

This isn’t just about exercise; it’s about the ability to move well for the rest of your life.

Our programs are designed to meet you where you are. We’ll create a Resilience Program that is as exciting as it is attainable – one that fits in with your busy family life, chaotic work schedule and goals at the gym.

There’s no limit to what you can achieve through movement and resilience practices.

It’s possible to make massive changes in your life. I know because I’ve experienced it for myself. The reason I am here, doing what I do despite the hardships I have faced, is because I’ve learned to adapt.

Every big change consists of hundreds of smaller changes.

It starts with the way you walk, the way you sit in your chair, the way you move and breathe throughout the day.

Suddenly, it transpires into the way you work, the way you connect with others, and the relationship you have with yourself.

This is the ripple effect.

Are you ready to become more resilient?
